Everyone was very friendly and willing to do what they could for us, even if it was occupying a 2 year old. All accommodation was met and they were able to negotiate with us in a way that financially we could get into what we needed. Would highly recommend and go back again! We had service with our new car for detailing. Everything was done very fast, vehicle was returned clean and workers were all friendly. The rental car was very much appreciated with us living 45 minutes away.

This is my third truck lease from Berger Chevrolet and it continues to exceed my expectations each time I purchase. First from the time I chose to go with a new truck to having my insurance updated, paperwork ready and the ease of completing the paperwork made for a quick and excellent purchase that was made very easy. Second Eugene (who I’ve always worked with) went above and beyond when he knew I needed to remove some accessories from my current truck before trading it in. He offered to deliver my new truck to me once I completed the removal of accessories process and take my old one back to the dealership the next day. This made it incredibly easy for me to transfer all of my items without feeling rushed or needing to return the next day. It was a small gesture but made all the difference! I continue to be impressed with each and every purchase from Berger and will continue to tell my friends to purchase their vehicles from them!

Austin, Brian and Duane were all very helpful in helping me get approved for a car loan. I really am enjoying the car and i love how fuel efficient it is. I have had it for about 6 days now and have driven back and forth to work on half a tank and have not had to stop at a gas station at all. This car is very fuel efficient and beautiful inside and out. The panoramic sun roof is perfect for the summer time and i will be adding additional accessories to improve the appearance of my new car.

I have purchased several cars over the years. Never has my experience been so smooth and quick. I felt confident when I left there that I wasn't pushed to make a deal I was comfortable with. Berger wasn't "salesy" like so many other dealerships! That worked with me on a negative equity trade, and didn't insult me with the offer they gave me. Nick Butler is fantastic. Really goes out of his way! I would recommend him to anyone. I had to bring my new vehicle back in for a tire repair and he let me borrow his personal vehicle for the day! Who else does that! Berger all the way! I will never go anywhere else from now on!

Mark is very knowledgeable, amiable, accommodating, helpful (truly cares that service needs are met), informative and responsive - he is EXCELLENT to work with. He takes real pride in his job. I like knowing the detail of what is wrong and how any issues are remedied - he provides that without my asking. I am not easily satisfied, but always am very satisfied when I work with Mark at Berger.
