Staff was excellent. The salesman Chris Schutz was great and got us into exactly what we were looking for, the financing was easy and the finance guy Brent Bowman was incredibly helpful. Got a great vehicle with a great warranty. We even had our 2 year old with us and they all made sure they gave him attention, gave him a toy, some juice, and some of the staff (that we weren't even working with) took time to play around with him a bit. Awesome place to buy a vehicle. Very very friendly staff. Thanks to everyone at Courtesy for making the process so easy and a less stressful.

Matt Hoople and Brent Bowman assisted me in the purchase of a 2016 Chrysler today. I work out of state in Indiana and had to do much of the transaction by phone. Matt made sure that my purchase experience was outstanding. He stayed in touch with me throughout the process and even came in on his day off to meet me for the final documentation. His customer service skills are outstanding. I appreciate his attention to my unique need and I am overjoyed with the purchase. Courtesy just earned a long term customer. I had taken care of my financing before arriving to Grand Rapids and only needed to drop off the check. Brent asked me a few questions about the process before accepting the check I brought in for the purchase. I had been disappointed with the interest rate. Brent ran my credit and got me approved for 6% less interest rate, saving me well over $7,000. I was able to take advantage of the extended warranty with part of the savings. Thanks to Brent, my payment is much lower and I am a happy customer. Thanks Courtesy family. I will be back.

Bought a 2016 Ram quad cab here in February and was quite surprised: I actually ENJOYED the experience. I worked with Todd Whitaker in the used vehicle department. Todd was patient, kind and accommodating, and really seemed interested in helping me get the truck at a price that would work for me. Used car manager Terry Madison gave me a decent price for my “rusty but trusty” 2003 Ram with 180k on it, and finance manager Matt Jermstad found me financing almost one full point LOWER than MY OWN credit union had offered me prior. Never felt any pressure from any of these gentlemen, instead it felt more like what would work for me. Love my truck. Can’t say enough good things about the way I was treated and accommodated, start to finish. I’d recommend them. Thanks guys!

Though I had a change of plans and didn't end up purchasing the Jeep I wanted, my experience with Courtesy was great. Mike was an awesome salesman who was honest about everything I needed to know. He was easy to communicate with and did all that he could to ensure I got what I needed. I wish I could have ended up getting the Jeep, but I'll be back when the time comes!

Courtesy Dodge service department did a great job. They live up to their name, they were courteous and fixed my car in less time than I expected. I only waited about an hour and 15 minutes and my car was fixed. They had complimentary coffee and cookies too, which is great since I left home early in the a.m. without having my morning coffee...lol. I will not hesitate to use them and recommend them.
