Biltmore Ob-Gyn PA

I work for Biltmore Obgyn but I am also a patient here. I was a patient of Dr Garbarino before she left and I am now a patient of Nan. Everyone at this office puts patient care first and I have never been more satisfied working with an amazing group of women. I love that the office is all female as it makes it a more comfortable atmosphere given the type of appointments you have. I always reccomend Biltmore!

I was a patient there since 2007 and the experience was great, up until my first pregnancy. We found out that we had a miscarriage and they gave me a few different options on what to do. I decided to go the natural route but then ended up in the most horrific pain for a full week. Made constant calls to the nurse, doctor asking for a D&C... they just kept telling me it was almost over and it should be done soon. More days went by, more phones calls... kept refusing to give me a D&C. Final day of agony and 3 minutes before I was literally about to go to the ER and I ended up finishing my pregnancy the “natural way”. Then I had to call to ask for a Rhogam shot to ensure that I didn’t miscarry my next pregnancy. It was not offered to me within the 72 hours as it should’ve been. Needless to say, I requested all my records and left this office and never looked back. I got a second opinion from another OBGYN and was told I should’ve been given a D&C since I was in so much pain. Save your time, money and future pregnancies and don’t go to this office. Worst experience of my life.

I have been here since 2007. I have had all my babies with them and have always been pleased with their service. Everyone is so sweet and very professional.

Doctors and nurses here are patient, listen to needs and concerns, kind, and are knowledgeable in the field. Dr. Olney has been my primary for my third pregnancy, which had a slight complication, and complicated birth control needs. She is the best doctor I've ever had.

Sadly I will never know the staff at this office. I moved here from Vermont and my former doctor recommended one of the doctors at this office. I was told when I called that they were not taking any new medicare patients. I really feel this is discriminatory and sad. I guess growing older in this country is really going to be a nightmare.
