Average. The doctor is great. It would be better if I didn't have to wait for an exponential amount of time on the phone. I'm sorry but there is NO WAY you are this busy. Hold times are ridiculous.

From the reception staff, nurses to the actual doctor I saw (Dr. Aboulhosn), my experience with this office was awful. Upon entering the office for my appointment and signing the sign-in sheet, the receptionist refused to acknowledge my presence--even speaking to/acknowledging everyone else that walked into the office. After taking a seat and waiting approximately 10 minutes, the receptionist called my name and said that I did not have an appointment there. I found out that my appointment had been changed to the following day--a poor reflection on the scheduling staff. Even after this terrible initial impression, I returned the next day, seeking solution(s) to an immediate problem I was having and hoping that the nursing staff and doctors would compensate for the rude, incompetent front office staff. However, I was terribly mistaken.
Arriving the next day for the appointment, I had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes before being called back. The nurse was extremely disconnected and unconcerned for me and the reasons for my visit. On top of being there for painful periods, I was there for an annual exam, which usually involves more than just taking my blood pressure and the doctor performing a pap smear. Nothing else was done during this 'annual' exam. When Dr. Aboulhosn (who goes by Dr. A) entered the room, she rushed through getting and 'understanding' my medical history and reason for the visit. Though there were some pretenses made, she was dismissive of me and my concerns. She practically bolted out the door after completing the pap smear. Dr. A spoke of some follow-ups for my care that they would schedule and arrange. She prescribed me some medication for my painful periods, and I was told that it would be/was called in to my pharmacy. This was not done. How uncaring, unkind and unprofessional.
I am extremely disappointed in how I was treated (or rather, not treated) by this office, the staff and the physician. And I can not and will not recommend this office or the doctors to any woman, especially those who may have period problems or other concerns. This office did the bare minimum, and they arguably did not even measure up to the bare minimum.

I went to Dr. Svendsen while pregnant and I received superb care! He is the first OB I actually connected with, and I was "shopping" for a free years after moving here from another state. I've always received great service here, even though the first phone call to schedule that initial appointment was awkward (sounded very awkward and was may be new at the time). I highly recommend this place and especially Dr. Svendsen!!

I just went to this facility and had the most wonderful medical experience! And, I see doctors Quarterly! Kristine Singer is one of the best doctors I have met. And I have seen the "best of the best." She really considered and saw the whole picture to my overall health. She spent time answering my all of my questions, and took the time. Most doctors I have seen literally have their hand on the door trying to exit as you're meeting them. Dr. Singer gave no impression of rushing me out and it is very much appreciated. Also the lab and imaging systems are right there, so a lot of a women's health needs for care were all handled easily and quickly! Kudos, Ballantyne Rankin.
