Novant Health Mintview OB/GYN - Ballantyne

I really like the doctors here especially Dr. Stone and Dr. Hauschka! They are so nice, knowledgeable and caring. They made my prenatal visits such an enjoyable moment and are always very patient to answer my questions. But the billing and other staff at this location are not so pleasant to work with. They documented wrong things in my medical records, issues I never mentioned/asked during my visits. And if you are coming for prenatal care I would suggest taking the pregnancy test at a clinic and have the results sent to this office. This would save a lot of money. They billed me $200 after insurance just for a urine pregnancy test and called the visit a level 4 pregnancy confirmation visit! I would not have come here to do the pregnancy urine test if I knew a test that I can do anywhere would cost me so much.

Appreciated the doctors here last year. The folks making appointments however seem to hate their jobs & when I was transferred to a nurse for a call back, I never got a call back. The overall experience is not what I anticipated.

Good doctors but the wait is ridiculous. What's the point of making an appointment? Be prepared to wait at least 20 min before seeing your doctor.

Dr. Erin Stone is second to none. She takes the time to get to know her patients' needs. She is so knowledgable and is excellent at communicating with her patients. She really has her patients' best interests at heart. I am so thankful for Dr. Stone and Mintview OBGYN!
