Novant Health Carmel OB/GYN - Monroe

After having four children, 4 different Dr's with each one I will tell you now, you will not likely find a better, more caring, compassionate Dr than Dr Mock. I have sent many of my female friends to her and each one has just raved about her and couldn't thank me enough. She is very thorough, always proactive in her care, follow up calls, never rushed through my visits, she genuinely listens. I never wait more than 15 minutes if that, staff is very friendly. If only she was a Dr in every practice (: she's just that fabulous. Patient of hers for 4 years.

Dr. Mock is great and the staff in the back is wonderful but the receptionists make it where it's almost not worth going. They are very rude and do things their way not how the patient would like. It's almost like it's a hassle to even get a appointment there because of them. If they got new receptionists that were more friendly and caring it would make people more comfortable when going.

Dr. Mock is the best hands down! She made my pregnancy a breeze! I would recommend any female to go see her! Her nurse Tammy is also the best! They always made myself and my husband feel comfortable and like family. Couldnt have asked for a better Dr. Highly recommend!

This happened to me about 2 years ago. Dr mock is an excellent doctor, but her nurse Lori is rude and unprofessional. She harassed me multiple times when it came to a surgery that I did not actually need after I told her countless times I was not interested in it because I've already had it done. Also, my boyfriend always comes to these appointments with me, he is going to be a doctor himself and loves learning new things and also loves being there for me when I need him. She had the audacity to pull me aside and ask me if my boyfriend hits me!! Just because he's muscular and is very talkitive. I will never go back to this place because it is unprofessional.
