Novant Health Bradford Clinic Ob-Gyn - Charlotte

I transferred here after my first dr office was beyond rude and unprofessional. Called and Samantha was so sweet, scheduled an appointment that same week. I met all the doctors, who all were thorough and made sure I understood everything. Nursing staff were always amazing...even the ladies in the lab! Heron-Davis was the doctor on call when I delivered, and performed my C-Section (cant even see the incision). Went today for my post appointment and almost cried knowing I wouldn't be seeing them anymore. They made my first pregnancy the ideal experience THANK YOU SO MUUUUCH!

I called. And after asking some questions when I said I would check other options because I thought she was being rude. the lady hung up on me therefor proving my point.

I've been going to Dr. Vandiver for almost 5 years, and he's the G.O.A.T. Super kind, always asks about anything pertinent, very thorough, the whole nine. I've never felt rushed and I've always had pleasant experiences with the staff. Will gladly recommend!

Worst official I've ever been to. I was scheduled for surgery on Tuesday get a call Monday to let me know it's been cancelled. All so they could give me a follow up because I was going through a miscarriage and everything had not yet passed. Go to follow up Tuesday which confirmed I still needed surgery. Rescheduled surgery for Wednesday morning all to be told I'd have to wait until 12 to be seen or when ever they got to me. No one had any consideration for my time or the experience I was going through. I understand they are doctors and have done the procedure multiple times but you can't be in this line of work and not care about your patient's.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. G. Parker for a little over two years, He is absolutely Phenomenal! He’s very attentive to your concerns and needs. Very compassionate and humble individual! I Love Dr. Parker and HIGHLY recommend his services!
