Novant Health Flood and Harris OB/GYN

Dr. Flood and Dr. Harris are very informative, caring, precautious and have provided excellent care for the delivery of two of my children. Both are experienced and take their time to address your questions and concerns. Their nursing staff also provide a personalized, caring service which makes you feel as if you were right at home. I highly recommend them. Side note: both doctors are African American men, so you get to simultaneously support a black owned business and receive quality service that exceeds your expectations!

Dr. Flood and his medical assistant, Nesha are WONDERFUL!! I was originally with another practice in Matthews, and didn't get nearly the care and attention that Dr. Flood gives his patients! They are very personable and made sure I was well informed and comfortable. I just wish I had known about this office much sooner! I know I will be in good hands when it's time to deliver!

They are okay, they just have no sense of time. My appointment was at 11 here i am an hour and 15 minutes later. And i still have not been seen. People schedule appointments for a reason. The reason being is thats when they are available.. If they are gonna see u when they want i should be able to just come when i want. And this was only suppose to be a 15min appointment. Just a well visit for myself and baby

I have not even been to this doctor yet but I called today to make an appointment and the receptionist who answers the phone to schedule appointments is disgusting. She kept cutting me off when I was trying to understand things and any questions that I did manage to ask were met with short, Curt responses. This is NOT who they want welcoming patients. I cannot tell you what the actual treatment is like in the office yet and I'm not even sure if I will be able to. I may not take my business there at all. Also, I'm being sent somewhere else to find a proof of pregnancy because this office that I'm going to because I am PREGNANT does not do pregnancy tests even though I am 20 weeks pregnant they "need proof of pregnancy" from somewhere else do i guess I have to make a trip to the emergency room... for nothing.

If i could give a zero i would.dont go to this doctors office. You cant bring your kids the staff is very unprofessional especially the lady that set up the appointments. The staff tells lies and dont know the difference between a health issue and a test result. The nurse dont know how to return phone calls. Dont walk away from flood and harris but run. This place is about money and not their patients
