I went in today for an overdue check up. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and welcoming. I saw Dr. Sales and loved her. She was very informative and puts you at ease. Thanks for a great visit!

2017 I enjoyed my visits and the customer service but they made some changes with staff and their system. 2018 visit sucked. I told the nurse who wanted a urine sample of couldn’t pee so I requested a blood test, she said they don’t do blood test rudely gave me a cup said she only needed a few drops and did not tell me wear to put the urine. Honestly it’s too long to even explained her rudeness. Long story short if you’re pregnant don’t go here they don’t see any maternity patients and they haven’t for 6 years. Wats the point in building a relationship with gyno office that doesn’t take care of you when u get pregnant. Now I have to find new doctors and it’s actually fine with me considering the rude nurse I had.

I called this office from the ER to set up an appointment because the ER did not considered me as an emergency, the appointment was set up with an Nurse Practitioner, i got there in the time scheduled, The hospital fax all info they requested, i took my discharged paper work because i thought they will needed, After i gave all my insurance info and took my vitals the put me in a room,The nurse comes in and told me they were not going to be see me because i have to fallow the ER instructions, 1- Why you made an appointment if you knew my situation, 2- The ER did not considered me as an emergency and you agree to see me ,3 - What I wanted a 2 diagnosis? I'm paying for service, you are not doing me a favor. I had to leave the office AND NO ONE WANTED ME TO HELP ME! after i just left the ER. I notice Lack of communication, wasting the clients time, unprofessional staff and NOT WILLING TO HELP or assist the Client.

I am very satisfied with this practice. They are very attentive. The office staff is very friendly. I see Dr. Kristen. She is a gem. She is really understanding and empathetic. Very professional but warm. I highly recommend Courtviee Gynecology.
