Don McCarty is your man at Bosak Honda! We had a great experience at Bosak Honda, Don was very helpful and a nice to us. He is an honest and trustworthy guy. He can even crack some jokes! He did everything he could to help find the car that worked best for me and helped make it fit into my price range. The buying experience was very good, they don't add all the unnecessary things that you might see at other dealerships into the final price. They work to find you the best deal possible so you know you walked away with a great car and great service in the process. I plan on sticking with Don and Bosak Honda for my future purchases and I will be sure to let people know about the great service they provide.

Would definitely recommend Bosak Honda of Michigan City to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. The stress free and pressure free environment is perfect for first time or repeat buyers. David Kelly was my salesman and I am beyond grateful for that. His experience in the industry and knowledge of his product helped us make the best and most informed purchase we could have. The service department is extremely helpful and was very friendly. Some of the staff have been there for 10+ years and I see them almost every time I go in. They are definitely trustworthy and care more about creating long term customers than making a quick buck. The waiting room is nice and they provide water and coffee. This review doesn't apply to the sales staff who aren't there for as long and get paid on commission. I've purchased two cars here and had one great experience and one very shady salesman (lying about tire wear and other things, trying to add fee after fee to the agreed price to the point we almost left).

We went to Bosak a couple of times to decide what we wanted and got a lot of help both trips. The new safety features are complex and I don’t think we would have been able to really evaluate them without this guidance. Also it was nice to see all the color choices on the lot since you really can’t judge that from a photo. Low pressure, good advice.
