Burger King

Food was great. We chose to eat in the lobby which was a bit of a mistake because all the tables were dirty. We asked an employee if they could wipe one of them down. He was going on brake but he did tell the manager. This manager did not care because she never did anything about it. We stood in the lobby for a few more minutes before my wife asked another employee to please wipe down a table. This time they did. I will not be back.

If you need a review of a fast food chain, you need help. They're all garbage. But I do enjoy flame grilled. If they're old, they're dry and awful. Fresh they're very juicy and tasty

Very poor chicken sandwich, dry and not crispy (clearly had been cooked some time ago). It was returned and exchanged for another burger with no issues however also without an apology. The other food we ordered was all fine, no issues.

Patty from drive thru burger king richwood was excellent with quick and friendly customer service

I always use the drive thru but I've never had any problems here. Always in & out. Good hot food for a good price.
