Frisch's Big Boy

My son ordered a bowl of chili a big boy platter and received a cup of chili. We was told the reason for this was because he ordered a Big Boy platter. Our drinks was put into go cups with pop all over the top of them. We was told " I don't know why that happened "". Never offered papers towels to clean it up or nothing. My cup was completely full of ice, never once came back to see if I wanted a refill. Finally I got a different server to take care of this pronlem. Not a very good time at this Frisch's!!!

Great service and friendly staff! We had a group of 30 that came in at 9:40pm, they welcomed us and kept the hot bar open longer for us. Thanks

I went through drive thru last week waited for ever. I get home my chili was nothing but a bowl of grease they forgot my grill cheese. Try it again today omg I got a piece of cheese cake that was so so small not to mention was so old I litteraly thought it was semi frozen but it wasn't it was old and dried up will never go back and will tell family and friends to stay away awful food. Use to be great

I love french toast but I could not eat it. It was almost like it was deep fried and in grease used for another food. First bad experience at a Frisch's. When cashier asked how was my experience, I said not good and told her french toast tasted awful. Her response was you can complete survey on receipt and get $2 off your next visit. Rather odd.

Great food and service. Cleanliness could have been better but it was late and appeared to be short handed
