Frisch's Big Boy

This used to be my go to location, but lately I always question the cleanliness at this store. Have had to send back silverware rolls twice in the same sitting, on two separate visits, because something was stuck to the fork. Service is generally good, the only reason this location gets 2 stars rather than 1.

Great visit as always! Friendly service and my waitresses and the bussers have always been on top of things. Management pays attention to customers every time I visit as well.

They are clean, very polite, and relatively quick with the service. The bars stay well stocked, and the price is right, however it is a Freshes. So the quality is always hit or miss

Most of the servers bend over backwards to satisfy the customers, but it's the cooks that seem to not know what page they're on. Food is either overcooked or undercooked. They want to argue with the servers on who's right and wrong. You can complain about the quality, but only certain managers will satisfy your complaints.

Food was ok. Server dropped off food and we didn't see her again. I've worked for a big boy for over 10 years. Never had that bad of service. Would have never expected it...
