Frisch's Big Boy

Enjoyed their hot food bar on Friday night. Not a ton of different choices but enough. There is grumpy older lady that works their not cheerful lady. But she did not spoil the food and good time we had. Our waitress was the best, thinking her name was Michelle.

Let me start by saying that we had an outstanding waitress. She was friendly, prompt, and had a great sense of humor. The breakfast buffet however left a lot to be desired. Out of everthing and nobody working to bar.

went through the drive thru, after the guy took my money, he made our two hot fudge cakes without washing his hands or putting on gloves. once we got home, through them in the garbage right away. Last time i’ll be going there.

Our food took forever and was cold and not as good as usual. The salad bar was missing things and low on everything else.

This will be my last time at this paticular Frisch's. I came in at 2:20 on a Sunday want the salad bar. I guess they let the breakfast bar run way past the 1 cutoff. We were given dirty silverware 3 different times and I trying to find a clean plate on the bar was like trying to find a needle in a haystack.Also, I had to use the soup spoons to get some of the salad toppings since there were no utensils to serve with.Our server seemed very frustrated at the whole situation. She was attentive and tried to make things work. I had a bad experience the last time I was in because my family had waited 20 minutes and still hadnt received our drinks at which point we decided to go to another Frisch's.
