Great staff and very clean and great assortment of beautiful vacation homes. They have been on the Cape the longest and have the experience a vacationer needs. Will always rent from Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals!!

A beach home of theirs, Forever Incognito, had one week open where no one rented it because the following week it is literally $2,000 less (August 12), I emailed them to see if they'd offer off-peak rates rather than lose the entire week's money since it was not rented and it is mid-summer already. They greedily declined. The rates they requested were so much more expensive than similar homes beachfront with pools. Additionally, we rented the same home in 2012 for nearly 2,000 less DURING peak season. Will not rent from them given their ridiculous rates, unjustified hike in prices compared to other homes and greedy nature.

Beautiful beach house. This season (2016-2017) will be our fourth consecutive at this house. Since 2013 we snowbirds from North Dakota have enjoyed the southern hospitality of the "forgotten coast". We have been to Gulf Shores and to the Keys; they do not hold a candle to this area. The rental people are incredibly nice and any small issues or questions we have had were taken care of or answered ASAP. If there were six stars we would click it!
