It was a great location! The house is a little outdated but spotless and easy to keep clean. Was great to have laundry available. Kitchen is small but there is a nice dining area. Living room and sun room were nice sized. Bedrooms are nice. Decorations etc were beachy and nice. We really enjoyed. It came equipped with blender, cookware, pans etc! Well supplied with dishes.  First time we have rented. Glad we found it. The pool was a nice size too but we didn't use it since it was cold while there.. I recommend it.

We have had a wonderful experience with Florida Vacation Connection.  For six years we have spent the month of March in the same condo.  FVC found this property for us in the first place, and it is perfect.  Sue Van Diver is always friendly and professional.  She answers any questions we might have in a timely manner and treats us like friends.  If our preferred condo becomes unavailable in the future, we would definitely continue to work with FVC to find something new.  We would recommend FVC to anyone looking for a rental property on Longboat Key.

We enjoyed a wonderful week of sun and fun. Convenient beach access, pool, and a comfortable house. Highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely setting overlooking the beach. Stylish decoration and excellent facilities. Florida Vacation Connection are a very efficient and friendly rental company who responded to our one small problem so fast it was cured before we returned to the condo. We would love to rent this property again but the owners are moving in permanently - what a shame!

We recently spent a week with the family and had a wonderful time on Long Boat Key!  The location is perfect and the beaches are beautiful!  The property was clean and spacious with up to date décor!  The management team was professional and courteous.  We were close to many activities in St. Armand Circle and Anna Maria Island.  We will definitely go back next year!
