This company wants outrageous cleaning fees which may be understandable..but charging a breakage fee ...nonrefundable... even if you DONT break anything.... seems a bit like theft to me.

The bathroom door in units 1&2 only open half way so you have to walk into the bathroom sideways. The door hits the bathtub wall so no way for it to open completely. Definitely not for large or disabled people. The bedroom with the twin beds in unit 1&2 have NO place to put suitcases or clothing. There is a closet with half the space taken up with a cot. The closet shelf is full of extra pillows and stuff. Had to put clothes on top of the cot and in the suitcase on the floor. The French doors going to the patio had one blind missing. The housekeepers did not report this to management so it could be replaced. Out of 6 light bulbs that were burned out, only 3 were replaced during our stay. The main house has a bathroom off the kitchen with no sink. It has a shower and toilet but have to wash hands in the kitchen. Checking to see if not having a sink in bathroom is against any rental or health codes. The bedroom with the king size bed in units 1&2 was not wide enough for the bed. The location was just feet from the beach but there are nicer rentals the same distance from the beach. We do NOT recommend 3 palms.

We had multiple issues, starting before we got there. All of the paperwork said check-in was at 4pm. We got verbal confirmation beforehand as well. We structured our day around this time so we did not arrive early and have to wait around after a 2+ hour trip. When we were about an hour out, we get a call asking where we were! The lady said check-in was at 1pm. Not a big deal by itself, but with burnt-out light bulbs and missing fixtures, and not getting anyone out to fix problems for two days? Yeah, I would avoid this place, spend your money elsewhere. And don't even get me started on the cockroaches in the kitchen...

Had a great time at Ocean Sands Home, had a family holiday and was perfect for our large family. The pool was wonderful and there was views of the ocean from just about every room in the home. Thank you !
