We absolutely love St. George Island. We always use Collins vacation rentals and have always been pleased. Their rentals are well cared for, clean, and the staff has always been helpful and friendly. This time we stayed at Midsummer Night’s Dream and it was a perfect Cape Cod type beach cottage. This was our 7th visit.

What a great trip! We love the location of this condo! The only complaint I have is that the thermostat can’t be turned down lower than 70 degrees; we like it very cool while sleeping. We solved the problem easily, however, by opening windows and doors. The cross breeze helped dramatically. We have already scheduled two more trips! Can’t wait to come back!

Great week at Trade Winds house. House is a bit dated in decoration but made up for it with the well stocked kitchen, relaxing setup, and fantastic location. Collins crew was excellent at check in and when we needed maintenance.

We stayed at High Cotton and will definitely be coming back. Beautiful home. Beautiful location. Met the owners son in law and he was nice as could be as well. House has tons of space and beautiful, breathtaking views of one of my fav places-SGI!!

Our group rented Margaritaville the week of March 10. We found Collins easy to work with and the house good. The interior of this 4 bedroom home on East Gorrie Drive was clean and everything worked. The exterior needs attention with rusty, popping deck nails/screws and peeling paint but didn't bother our good time.
