Dream Bay so spacious and with bonus room makes it even more special. Seems like you are on your private island and catch fish and enjoy a beautiful sunset. My family and I are looking forward to returning to Dream Bay.

Okay experience. We usually rent from one of the other rental companies. This was our first rental experience with Suncoast. Not a fan of their website, although easy to use there is no place to read reviews from other guests which can offer valuable insight for other renters. Communication prior to the visit was poor and difficult to get answers to questions. I didn't care for the idea of having to check in first but when we arrived they had an envelope ready for us with everything we need it, staff was super nice and it was a breeze. I was not happy with the clean up requirements. Normally we clean up prior to leaving and start the dishwasher. This is the only place that expects you to actually dry and put away dishes; Inconvenient when trying to pack up, clean up and head back home. Even more difficult when we were not provided linens for the kitchen. No dish cloths and only 1 hand towel. We stayed in BIENVENUE: Located on the Bay/Canal the view was stunning and dolphins visited us at sunset every day of our stay except one. I LOVE that you could cook on the stove while enjoying the view from the kitchen. However, the range was extremely dated and needs an upgrade ASAP. Kitchen was supplied with the basics but not much else. The entire place needs a good cleaning. Bienvenue is actually 2 downstairs bedroom plus the loft upstairs. It comfortably held the 6 of us. The deck was my favorite spot. Bedrooms were very small and beds just average. 2 TV's in the house: one in living room and one bedroom had one came with plenty of channels to suit our needs. We were surprised with WiFi upon arrival, router was sitting behind the TV we had to plug it in to get it going. This place offered a tremendous value compared to other Bayfront properties and we did enjoy the views. Being near the canal it was a little bit of a drive to get to anything on the Island. There was nothing special about this rental, needs updated, cleaned and could use some additional supplies. Not sure if this is an owner thing or a Suncoast thing but either way we likely won't rent from Suncoast again. The communication wasn't great and I have no desire to spend my time scrambling for towels, washing and drying dishes and cleaning house before we can get comfortable. If cheap is was you're looking for, they do offer some of the lowest rates.

We will never rent from this company again. We had a bad experience and had to finish our stay elsewhere. This beach house is very nice inside, which was great. However, we were given false info about the option of renting extra days. That turned out to not be true. There was also no communication on where to park. There were driveways on both sides of the beach house. We parked in the west drive because there were cars already parked in the east drive when we arrived. The woman prefers not to give clear parking instruction, but instead call and speak rudely to customers. This was not cool. If you want to be treated poorly and be lied to, rent this beach house.

Suncoast Vacation Rentals, hear my words. You need to have more beachfront houses that allow pets. The only one I could find was Carapace, and I'm not dealing with that. Although some of your houses are very nice looking, you need to add the pet friendly symbol to more beachfront houses.
