Sunset Reflections Vacation Rentals by Natural Retreats

We rented Scallop Pass, right on the beach, room for 16. We filled the house and had a dog as well. The house was clean and outside of the dishwasher not working and a running toilet, which the staff came out to review/fix, the house met all our needs. The walk to the beach was OK, the boardwalk could use some work. The view was wonderful, the beach was great, we rented kayaks and an umbrella, the kayak was a lot of fun, but the umbrella was not useful due to the wind. We had great weather the last week of May. Would come back again.

We rented Sunchaser. House was clean and provided our needs. However, getting to the beach is a big problem. The dune path is so steep that it is very hard to get to the beach. Especially for seniors or anyone that has a physical problem. The deck isn't covered, so you can't sit out in the afternoon. The great room and kitchen get very, very hot in the afternoon because of the large sliding glass doors. They provide a great view but need some sun shades. The couches are white which isn't good to have in a beach rental.

We stayed for a month in Lantana by the Sea. The house was in good condition and comfortable. It was a very quiet environment with excellent views of the gulf. A private boardwalk provides easy access to the beach. The house is a year old, so all the appliances are still fairly new and everything worked well. The folks at Sunset Reflections were very helpful and responsive when we had any question or issue.

In January we booked a home for our April Spring Break in Cape San Blas with Sunset Reflections Vacation Rentals. We selected the home because it met our criteria and expectations for quality, location (beachfront and near friends) and size. We were SHOCKED and DISAPPOINTED to receive a phone call from the rental agency on the Friday before our scheduled Sunday arrival notifying us that the house had sustained water damage and had mold. We were told the house was not inhabitable and were offered another property (the only property available) of MUCH lesser quality, value and location. Given the late notice we had no other option than to book the home. In our 25+ years of renting beach houses, we've NEVER had this happen! While the house we ended up staying in was nice and clean it was not as nice and it wasn't beach front nor near our friends which was a priority for us. Needless to say this impacted our entire vacation.We were forced into a corner given the late notice and were not given any special compensation given our entire vacation was turned upside down. Needless to say we will NEVER book with your agency again and plan to share our experience with friends who travel to this area to ensure they avoid your company as well.

We have stayed at Dolphin Vista a few times. It is an older home, but well appointed and comfortable. We love staying here with our dog. Beautiful stretch of beach. Dolphins out front almost every day. Sunset Reflections were easy and responsive. They brought me a hairdryer within a half hour of calling. Not the biggest thing but very nice. We also enjoyed the beach rentals voucher. The gear was in good condition and we had chairs, bikes and corn hole! - The only note the hose needs replacing downstairs.
