Needed some work done on my front bumper and my hood had a lot of stone chip marks that were starting to rust. Jon was really accommodating and helpful, and he was able to get me in the same day to take care of my car. The end result looked better than brand new, everyone did an absolute stellar job. Jon personally saw to making sure I was happy with job. Thanks again!

Very satisfied, ...here are the facts: 1) Staff, in particular Jonathan, was courteous and professional. 2) Repair to damaged tailgate was completed within the reasonable estimate, two days earlier than planned and exceptionally well done. Looks perfect! 3) They were classified as a "preferred" repair shop by my insurance company and worked closely with them with no surprises. 4) My vehicle was cleaned thoroughly inside and out when I picked it up. All in all, a positive experience. Hope I don't need their services again but will return there if the case arises.

Absolutely awesome staff to deal with. Very knowledgable and easy to work with. Car repair was beautiful and done in a very timely fashion. Would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend using CarStar Lasalle for your car repair. Their extremely helpful and friendly staff made the entire experience pleasant. They arranged the rental car, kept me updated on my vehicle's status and it was ready when originally planned. It was an extreme surprise when I picked up my vehicle to find it totally detailed inside and out. My car was extremely dirty from the winter and it was as clean as the day I bought it. All repairs were done perfectly with no signs of any poor workmanship. I was going to go to another body repair shop but my insurance company informed me I had to get a quote from their preferred shop....Am I ever glad they did...Not only was it so close to my house but they were EXCELLENT!!!!!!

The guys from carstar LaSalle were fantastic to deal with. They really took care of me and payed attention to detail. Truck looks like new. Love it, thank you for the great job.
