When our dealership recommended Jones' Autobody West - CSN Collision Centre we were certainly not disappointed from the initial visit of walking in the door and meeting Nicholle to picking up our vehicle upon completion of the repair. Nicholle was very professional and explained everything thoroughly to on how the process would work. Nicholle spent a lot of time to make sure we understood every step of the process including a rental car. We want to thank as well the repair technicians Bill, Steve, June and Nick. Our car is immaculate!! You can see that attention to detail and great pride in workmanship was truly evident. You folks ROCK!! 😊

Nicholle and her team at Jone's Auto Body are incredibly wonderful! My car looked better than brand new after getting my front end fixed. I would recommend this place hands down.... Nicholle is my go to girl!!!

Great shop! The staff is friendly and explain the repair process thoroughly, they provide continual updates on the repairs, arrange pick up and drop off of a rental vehicle, and (most importantly) the repair and paint work is top notch. I would refer people here in a heartbeat!
