They do good work, not the best work, but they charge like it's the best work. Also they seem to go "over and beyond" in there quoting, much like dealerships with wear and tear parts do, they'll do anything they can to scam people out of extra money and since they know insurance is paying for most repairs, they jack it up even more. There are a lot more independent shops that do better work for half the price. This is to be expected from any Finch location though. Basically if you really don't like the guy that hit you and don't want to avoid insurance, go here, they'll make sure his at fault claim is a big one!!! And to be clear, they will in fact do a very good job on the repair more often than not. They're not a hokey shop that does patchy work, this is not a bad review based on workmanship, it's based on service and cost associated with average work.

I have used Finch Collison a few times in the past number of years. They have always done impeccable work and returned my vehicles cleaned and in mint condition. Their estimates are very accurate and pricing is fair. Would highly recommend their services.

Someone crashed into my SUV this winter. So I brought my SUV at this location to get it fixed. Go through all the time and trouble to get a rental, bring it back. I come to pick-up my SUV the next week, only to drive home and find out the car IS NOT EVEN FIXED!!! Only the body was changed, the damage inside the SUV that was caused by the accident was not fixed. Very frustrated and disapointed!!!! Bring you SUV to this location if you want only half the repairs done!
