Jones' Auto Body (London) Ltd

If I could rate Jones' lower than one star and still post this review, I would. I took my vehicle to Jones' Autobody to repair the front fender and door after it was backed into as they were my insurance company’s preferred shop. Upon getting my vehicle back from them, I noticed the colour of the paint they applied to the panels did not match the rest of the vehicle. The paint they applied was lighter than the original colour. I called and went back to Jones' to discuss the issue with an employee and he proceeded to tell me they would not be able to match the colour since the original paint is 10 years old. They continued to argue this point even after I pointed out if they are arguing that the original paint had faded and that’s why they couldn’t match it, then their paint should be darker, not lighter. They refused to admit they did the job incorrectly, and also refused to correct the paint they applied. The employee also treated me with utter disrespect, and at one point called me “stupid”. I will never be returning to this shop! In response to the owner: My car was taken to another body shop to have the work that was done on the drivers door and front fender fixed. They were not only able to fix the colour matching issues, but also found numerous other problems with the work that was done. The explanation your staff has given you for the colour matching issues is in contradiction to what the other body shop found upon repairing the work that was performed. I also had appraisals done independently on the colour matching issues before having it fixed and this information was provided to your staff with no avail. Thank you for following up with me.

Dropped car off on Sunday night for work Monday. Called Tuesday saying they were waiting on a part coming Thursday. It’s now Friday evening and I am without a car for the entire weekend. Have not received a call or update of any kind. Totally unprofessional service. Would love to have a follow up from the owners. Car is a 2007 Jetta

Love this place. The service was actually good. I order weather tech mats and the price was the best in the market and came the following day. While most businesses were telling me it will take a week. And the guys were very helpful even to put them in the car.

Always amazing experience have had to use Jones autobody a few times in the past and I was always very happy with their service there fast helpful and they do a great job as well as cleaning the inside and outside of the car I will always recommend them to anyone I know much appreciated good place to go highly recommended

My husband was in an accident and 5 days later so was I! Both at no fault, but we were so upset at the inconvenience this was about to cause us... We took our vehicles to Jones' Auto Body and they literally took care of everything! It was stress free thanks to Colton and the rest of the Jones' Auto Body team. They are very organized and professional. Thank you!!!
