This is not a very good place to do business with. They MAY do a good job but they are VERY disorganized!! Phone system is atrocious. Voice mail system is not set up. Sometime they forward calls to their cell and you aren't sure who you are getting. They don't always return calls . They promise an estimate and you don't get one unless you show up in person. Command of the English language is very bad. The list goes on but won't list them all here. My advice .. there are plenty more body shops in London that can do the job and are much easier to deal with!!
