Had a dull area on the hood of my camaro, they claimed it was bird poop and I had to re-paint the entire hood and that there are no other solutions to this issue. I took it to oxford ford body shop, to confirm if it was bird poop, they said yes it was, and they did a quick buff and removed it for me. I don't mind paying for a work that is done, but I do mind when you start over pricing me and acting rude and irresponsible towards your customers. Definitely would advice people that love and care about their car not to go there. No respect towards their customers

I had a small fender bender repair done this week at MacMasters due to their glowing reviews on google and finch Hyundai was booking for next month. The colour they put on my car nearly matches the original colour. I've had another small repair done at finch Hyundai and they were able to match the colour perfectly so it's extremely disappointing to walk up to my car and notice this colour difference. The work took less time than expected and their employees are nice and friendly which is why they'll get two stars. They did no post inspection with me, and did not ask me what I thought of the work they did. I can't say I would recommend MacMaster to anyone asking. I'd wait for finch Hyundai to have time.

Did an excellent job on my vehicle. Very professional. Washed car and even mats before returning. Just for fun got quote from Jones on Third Street...twice the price for exactly same work.

Just absolutely terrible, don’t waste your time or money coming to this place , especially if you have to deal with the old man . I came in to get a quote on a 17 elantra front bumper and what I got was a quote for a 17 accent rear bumper . So I told the guy one more time 17 elantra front bumper. He then prints me a quote for the wrong car and quote for a 17 accent front bumper plus had someone else’s accident report stapled with my papers
