Obtaining a passport these days is literally like having a baby in a third world country, awful service , nobody knows where my passport is (who the father is )  , no sense of urgency in providing any service and the outcome, if the baby comes to term , it's unclear ; my passport continues to be missing and their Tabsa "express" service is horrible , no true tracking information , Jennifer Mazariegos from TABSA needs some customer service training and EVERYONE needs to realize they are working with and for the people , not with cattle .
