For the price its hard to beat. The room was not dirty but it was not spotless either. The carpets were clean, except behind the beds. The beds were clean but did have a stain on a roller bed that looked like it may be blood. There were also splats on the wall that looked like it could have been blood splatter or something. The other thing I didnt like was the shower didnt drain very well. But once again for the price its not bad and I am sure not every room is like that. Last time we stayed here about a year ago I do not remember any of those problems. I would stay again.

This is definitely not a three star hotel. I was very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed when we got there. It seems pretty run down for a three star hotel. Maybe they are making renovations? The front desk also called me after 9 PM to ask if everything was OK, which is nice, however, my daughter was sleeping. I also was a little freaked out because it looked like there was a camera on the bedroom TV. I called down to the front desk and they said it was for the remote. The other sitting room TV did not have it. The camera thing was also stuck to the TV with a piece of chewed up gum. I smelled it and it seemed pretty fresh. What the?? What was good about the hotel: bed was comfy and breakfast was pretty good. However, my family and I will not be back.

We just got in, the lobby looked nice but the manager didnt even have his shirt buttoned up. We went to our room to find the main light not working and our remote didnt work either. Nice room though. The breakfast is on the better side but could be better.

Who is a decent hotel, there were a few minor issues with my room for instance the desk was wobbly to the point of Maybe falling over if I put too much pressure on it. There was also a minor issue with some dirt on the bottom of the light fixtures, but really it's a clean place over all. You get free breakfast in the morning and there's a pool. It was nice that they called a few hours after I checked in to check if things were all right, but I was trying to take a nap at the time and they woke me up. This call would have been much better had they used the cell phone number I gave at check in . In that way I have my phone silenced since I didnt want to be disturbed.

I been in this hotel regularly in the last two years, the hotel it’s outdated and even when the manager keep telling that in a couple months will be improved I don’t see any improvement yet, the carpets in the rooms and hallways are dirty, the drapes and curtains stained and all over its place, sheets are clean but sometimes they have hairs, stains or they are so old and worn, the red duvets too old and heavy. But I like the location and price affordability, but in my last stay, a housekeeper who ‘cleaned’ my room she didn’t do it at all, She, well ‘they’ because it was a couple; a big woman with a man, they come and asked if I wanted service I say yes, I left my room and when I come back I found out that they didn’t change the sheets, they just stretched them and didn’t do any clean at all, just got the dirty towels and placed clean ones, but they didn’t dust the furniture, clean the shower or sink, and of course not vacuuming. Since I come to this place regularly I know some of the housekeepers there and they always do a great service, and sometimes I leave cash in the table and they don’t take it, unless I leave a note that the money is for them. Well this woman and men take the cash I had there along with a packet of cigarettes, (I left not note) and a couple beers from the fridge... really? I didn’t put a complain about, I didn’t want them to be disciplined, But since I have some studying in criminal justice I was able to find her name and last name, I googled it and found out she is a drug dealer and identity thief, with warrants and courts pending here and there. That’s scary, because guests sometimes leave things in our rooms, I know we can’t leave valuables, but -I stated again- it never happened before, I know the other housekeepers are honest and trustful, very much better mannered and they do great job. Of course I will keep away of this place while this women and men work there, it’s dangerous to me and my advise is, if you want to stay there try to ask for a different housekeeper, because if she did that to me she could do it to any, hope the management do something soon with these thieves and with this hotel that is in big need of maintenance and improvements.
