Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Michigan City

I was told 1 price n charged another. I was given 1 room that i didn't book(reserve) The ac didn't work properly. I woke up 6 Am with a crook in my neck because pillows are size of a throw pillow. Not even average. Had to wait Almost an hour in line while the lady had to book the people in front of us. They too had problems.. I DON'T recommend.. I came to relax n Didn't succeed..

The lobby is nice. The room seems to be pretty clean except for some stains on the window seat. The room is pretty small and the lights in the room are pretty weird (lights only over the bed), the walls are super thin so you can hear everyone next to you and above you. Also, the room smelled weird at first but seems to be ok now.

Overall the hotel was okay. Our room was nice and clean, but it was very small. There was a group of people using the conference room on the main floor that were smoking which stunk up the entire area. The pool was small and had no towels available. I see people talking about a hot tub, but I didn't see one? Breakfast was nice and staff was nice as well.

Got kicked out of one room after reserving two. Also overheard another guest complaining about air conditioning not working and the staff did not do anything and was completely nonchalant.
