Those ladies up there are the kindest people to deal with! I have lived with Debco for years and never caused any problems, So i never had any problems. I paid on time, and always conducted myself and a respectable manor. If you treat others with respect they will give you the same in return. God bless!

Terrible company. They will steal your deposit and claim that you owe them more money. If you can rent from someone else make sure you do. Listen, I worked some jobs for them. They are SHADY AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! REMEMBER TO JOURNAL EVERYTHING WITH PICTURES OR ELSE THEY WILL BRING FALSE DEBTS OWED 6 MONTHS LATER. SERIOUSLY I WATCHED PEOPLE GET FINNANCIALY SCREWED. "Read these reviews" This company sucks!! I bet the ab 5 star review is one of the office workers. Run far far away from this company. I am a contractor and will not do business again with these kind of people.

I would have given them less than one star if there was a choice. Nine months ago I signed a lease for the house on 1955 A South Ingram Mill Rd. The day I got in with my belonging in a moving van, the house had NOT been cleaned. I should have turned around and find a place to rent somewhere else then!! It was SUPER dirty. I called the leasing company and they told me that it was somebody else's fault because they forgot to schedule the cleaning crew (they blamed some people which names I don't recall). They told me that if I cleaned the house, they will give me $100. I took the money because I knew that if I cleaned the house, it would be clean to my standards. It took me over a week to clean the house!!. I called them about 8 weeks ago to tell them that I had to break the lease because the house was making me sick. The problem is that the house smells like Poop! I have spent so much money on candle warmers, Lysol, cleaners, etc to clean and disguise the smell. Everyday, as soon as I opened the door, I started sneezing; when my kids came to visit, they also started sneezing. My son's eyes even swelled. When I told them that, they told me that they were sending "their people" to check the house for mold. Their people determined that the basement was dried and that there wasn't any mold present in the house. They added that I had to understand that this is an old house. They made me feel as I was dishonest and I just wanted to get out of my lease. They were ready to allow me to get out of the lease because of my health issues with the house but since "there wasn't any mold", I had to stay. Then, they told me that they could allow me to get out of the lease without penalty at the end of May; May 31th (today) because I put on the 30 days notice! Today I had the "walk through" which took over 40 minutes. They sent in Jessica and Robin. They went over everything. They told me that the roof of the house and the roof of the garage were damaged and that I was going to be charged for that; also they noticed that the dishwasher was a bit dirty and that there was some dirt between the fridge and the floor, and that they were charging me for some light bulbs... I was, of course, furious!! I told them that this is an old house and that those roofs were like that when I got the house. How is it possible that I damaged those roofs in 9 months. I work at a school, and I was in the house basically just during the weekends. I had nothing to do with those roofs!! Their response was that it is not under the walk trough that I did when I moved in. (I have to clarify that I am NOT a house inspector) When I moved in, I didn't know what to look for; they gave me this long paper and told me that I had a week (I believe) to fill it out (that is how long it took me to clean the house). I am sure that they knew that I wasn't going to put down everything I saw wrong or what I didn't see. They also told me today that my lease is not actually up until July and that I "probably" will be charged for June and July rent!! WOW!!!! BTW, I made sure that the house was clean by yesterday; I even shampooed the carpets. I know that this review won't fix anything, but it makes me feel a bit better. I hope that YOU READ ALL OF THE REVIEWS IN HERE BEFORE RENTING FROM DEBCO... GO RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Ditto what all the other 1-star reviewers are saying. They’re kicking me out of my apartment after 3 MONTHS of living here for absolutely no reason. In the middle of the school semester no less. These people are heartless and evil, I’m sure they’ll try to screw me out of my deposit as well. Honestly I’ll count this as a blessing. At least I won’t be giving these jerks any more of my money.

These crooked pieces of trash will do anything in their power to steal and cheat you especially if you plan on getting your deposit back! Do yourself a favor and stay away! And god help you if you have to deal with Robyn....If you need more convincing just read through these reviews. It would've saved my family alot of stress and money!
