RGB Property Management

For the past five years, I have been leasing a duplex through RGB Property Management. From initial paperwork to maintenance issues, Frank has been professional, kind, prompt, and understanding. He respects his properties and his tenants, and he is quick to respond to issues that arise. When I moved in, I was going through a divorce and was coming from a large house inside a nice neighborhood. I was very discriminating while searching for a rental property because I wanted the transition to be easier for me and my children...and I wanted it to feel safe and like home. I appreciate the guidelines and respect RGB has for its properties and tenants, and I'm grateful for all Frank has done to care for the property. I've recommended RGB to a few friends who were looking for properties to move into, and I will continue to do so in the future. Thank you, Frank! :-)

Frank was my landlord for almost 4 years and he was great! The only time we had an issue come up he had it taken care of quickly and without any hassle for us. When we wanted to upgrade to a bigger house he helped us find the perfect one! I would definitely go to Frank at RGB if I need to rent a home again.

I called about a property to see if we could drive by and see it and the guy that answered the phone was completely un-professional and very rude! He said it was still being lived in and for us not to intrude by walking around the yard, we just wanted to drive by and i called to make an appointment to view it. He didn't even give me his name! The property rents for $1,500.00 a month, he said since their were going to be 3 of us as roommates each of us had to make $5,000.00 a month in income, $15,000.00 a month really!! If we made $15,000.00 a month we wouldn't be looking to rent a dump they were offering for $1,500.00 duh! I would never rent from such rude people it makes you wonder how they really treat their tenants. I would steer clear of this company!

Whom ever answered the phone was incredibly rude. I was asking about a property and he seemed very put out and annoyed to have to deal with me. We were so excited to have a house not a apartment to raise our son it. But this man makes it not such a pleasant experience. He even got of the phone and before he hung up with me I heard him say WOW! all snotty. We are great clean non smokers or drinkers with no pets that would be long term great renters...oh well I guess. This won't be the company for me.

I called and asked about a house to rent and the guy Frank I believe his name was proceeded to tell me I probably wouldn't get approved because of my place of employment and that my credit score wasn't going to be good enough. I make over 2500 a month and my credit score is fairly high. There's a difference between high requirements and just being rude. Also, when I told him what house I was looking at and there wasn't a for.rent sign in front of it so I was calling to make sure it was actually for rent he got snippy with me and asked why I was looking at it if I didn't know for sure. When I tried to explain it was on zillow he kept interrupting me and wouldn't let me talk. Rudest man I have ever dealt with. Your company is a joke and that isn't how you treat someone who is wanting to rent from you. I hope this helps anyone looking to rent from these people!
