If you decide to go threw them. Just deal with anyone other than DENA GREY! She is not professional nor is she the type to hold to her word. She is the property manager and the reason AAA PM has such a bad name so far.

I am currently having issues collecting payment from this company. I was hired and asked to provide a list of my skills in which I did so. I also filled out a W9 form. After i provided my skills I made it clear that I'm not a licensed plumber as in most cities you have to have a license. I continually was called and asked to fix water spigots in which I declined, to look at a leaky faucet under a sink in which I declined. They didn't use me properly and I was there to try and help them because they claimed they had tons of work pertaining to my skills. I changed out a dishwasher, replaced batteries in smoke alarms, troubleshot another dishwasher, and i retrieved 4 a.c. Window units Dena purchased and took them to the office, because where she wanted them to go they wouldn't fit because they were sliding glass. So we parted ways and i left them my list of work completed and i have my copies as well, as well my w9. Since July 11th I have spoke with the two ladies other than Dena that work in the office and they always say Dena is out of the Office and I never get a return phone call and it is now August 8th. They have said to me as soon as Dena gets in the office I will have her get the invoice and check in the mail and call you. That's hasn't happened yet either. Not too mention while i was there they had babies crawling around on the floor and small kids climbing around. Had I dropped or tripped with one of the a.c. units while that baby was crawling under my feet I could have have hurt that child. It's not a place for kids, it's not a daycare. Everytime i was in the office the children were there. So I have mentioned better business bureau, property leins, etc.... I guess the next step is to mention the asking of a non licensed plumber to perform work, refusal of payment upon work completed, and basically running a daycare inside of this business. I am a professional man and all I ask is to be paid for the services i provided and they lie, ignore, and are hateful, or just won't answer the phone every single time. I love AAA Property Management. They are amazing people. Dena has went above and beyond to be so helpful and the stays on top of my calls. Not only that, the other ladies in the office are very sweet and super nice. This is a very good company to rent from.

WANTED TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT THIS IS NOT OUR WEBSITE-WE DON'T HAVE A WEBSITE-WE ARE ON FACEBOOK AND ALL OF OUR PROPERTIES WE ADVERTISE THROUGH ZILLOW-GOOGLE HAS THIS INFO ON THERE AND IT IS NOT ALL CORRECT- AAA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
