Yarco Property Management

I lived at university commons complex down in saint louis for 6 years.the whole time nothn was remolded,infact the maintenance man shawn that worked there for a long time told me that it haden been one since 2000.it was 2016.the appliances were old and barely worked.when the property mgrs moved in there,they always had new appliances put in tjeir units.we were always told no.the whole six years my air condition barely worked,i would have my air on full blast all day and would still be sweating.i told them over 10 times that i barely had air coming out of my vents.the maintenance man eventually told me that the air condition system was not hooked up properly.they never fixed the problem because they didnt care because they didn't have to live there so oh well with what i was going through.my electric bill was higher than at any house are apartment that i resided in.and whenever someone came into the complex to start trouble with you,they will put you out on the streets immediately.my son was beaten up by several kids,i filled a police report,and moneke said that Bruce said that he dont care who started it,we still had to move.now i guess they've never heard of bullies.these people are so horrible that my son was injured in this incident and we still had to move out.instead of them filing a police report and banning the perpetrators.mind you this was the only time that my son got into a fight on the property.but the other kids that he knew had already had several incidents like this.but Moneke told Bruce that this had happened before because the kids that helped him fight had already been in that kind of trouble.Moneke said that i could have fault the eviction but it wasnt worth it because i was already planning to move,and it just was a good place or environment to live.mind you,the property mgrs,Angela and Moneke had incidents that caused violence amongst their own households.there was a time that tje new assistant Jackie who looks like a drug addict,put my rent on someone else's account.there was a time when the old property mgr Angela,told me that i hadden paid rent in about 7-8 months.i believe that she was trying to see if i had all of my receipts so if i didnt then she could steal the money.i asked the dummy,if i was so far behind then why come you are just now saying somthn and why haven't i been received a letter.smh.dont move there because you will be evicted for any little reason.they are very petti.we couldn't use our basements,didnt have a washer/dryer hookups.if they caught u with one you were put out onto the streets.they even took all of the knobs off of the building to the outside water so no one could use the water.it was a violence here and there but not like on the north side.they treated their tenants horrible and never wanted to fix nothing.they tell you that you have lates fees when you dont because they dont put the info in the system on time.The assistant property mgr Jackie has a bad attitude,doesn't talk to people right.and the phones are never answered because shes always outside taking a smoke break.

On Cedar Tree apartments in Savannah: I've contacted Yarco twice due to the fact that my landlord is incompetent at her job and has harassed me at my place of business. She continually "loses" important paperwork and threatened me several times to upcharge me rent by hundreds of dollars. After coming home early and watching her walking out of my apartment with ABSOLUTELY no permission or notice, I found another place to live. Yarco has emailed me stating they'd get in contact with me, but failed to do so. Now that I've been moved out for three weeks, my former neighbor calls me to let me know I'm now being evicted. Not only did my landlord lose paperwork, but apparently her mind as well because she seems to have forgotten i moved out. Worst place to live. We had several issues with people failing to clean up after their pets as well as drugs being sold throughout the complex. Not to mention the fact that you cannot have children's toys or bicycles outside. I will never recommend this place.

Fieldstone Apartments in Olathe KS - Worst apartments I have ever lived in. The manager is horrible!!!! Maintenance and office staff change frequently. Black mold is in my apartment and they acted like it was my problem. Maintenance and office staff come in your apartment with no notice, as required by law. If you aren’t home when they show up, you will never even know some stranger was in your house. If you say anything to them about being in your house without letting you know, they act shocked and surprised that they are supposed to let you know in advance. They hired a towing company, that patrols the parking lot, several times a day, towing everyone. My neighbor is 85 years old. Her daughter came to visit her and uses a walker. The daughter backed her car in, as it was easier for her to get in/out of her car. While visiting her mom, the towing company attempted to tow this poor woman’s car. My 85 year old neighbor had to wheel herself outside and block the car from being towed with her wheelchair, while her daughter drove to the bank to get $100 cash to give them, so they would unhook her car and not tow it. When she complained to management, she was told it wasn’t their problem. No one ever answers the phone during business hours and the office is frequently closed, when it’s supposed to be open. If you question anything or have a concern, the manager gets loud and talks over you, cutting you off. My lease is up in 2 months and it’s not soon enough!!!! Horrible apartments, horrible manager and a horrible place to live!!!

They are terrible to work with. No one ever answers the phone and I have left dozens of unanswered messages. They refuse to pay their bills. Would leave zero stars if I could. Also most of the people leaving 5 star reviews are employees. Not ok

I live in Terrace Hills in Atchison. This is the worst property ever. It's roach infested and the manager doesn't let you know if any paperwork needs to be completed. The only time you hear from the manager if it is money related but when I recently lost my job they won't give me my utility allowance because every week it's a new paper that needs filled out that I was never informed of until I called him. WORST PLACE EVER, CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE!!
