Ive rented for 2 years maintenance has been here fast and very freindly and fixes it right i appreciate Sharon ,Rob and Ron make living here easy and enjoyable thanks

I was looking for a place to rent but judging by the responses to the negative reviews...I can see how unprofessional this company is!! Lol. You would not feel the need to defend yourselves so unprofessionally if you had enough good reviews....just giving you constructive criticism...hopefully for your companies sake you work on that. Lost my business before it even began. Good luck as you so rudely told all your customers you treated poorly 👍

Worst "manager" company Property Owners Beware!!! This Co will Not provide routine maintenance and upkeep for your property. This Co will Not provide timeLy repairs when tenants call in....I waited a week for heLp with my kitchen sink. BuT, Rent is cheap , so at Least I'm getting my money's worth. If you own a property...keep Looking, they don't deserve the One star they got here.

I'm in my late twenties and i have been renting since i was 18. Out of all the places I've been around this area, this agency has been the absolute worst. The "leasing staff" is beyond a joke. She's completely unreliable and unprofessional. How she is still employed is beyond me. Getting maintenance done varied depending on who was doing it. It took them 3 months to fix a broken window that was broken before I moved in. And when they finely came to fix it, they had to run to the hardware store because they measured the window wrong. It also seemed that particular maintenance worker was high. And that's just one of the MANY issues I had with them. The place as a whole might not be terrible, but my experience with them was. I've never hated living in a place before like I did that house. Plus the rent was very high for the quality of the home. I also tried to contact the VP of the business to talk about getting my deposit back (because of course they claimed that it was dirty enough that it took ALL OF THE MONEY from the deposit), but surprise surprise i never received a phone call back. I've accepted that I've lost that money for good. It's almost worth it to be rid of them. As far as future renters go, don't believe their pretty little lies they tell you to suck you in. It's not worth the headache or hassle and I guarantee you'll find better deal elsewhere.
