I didn't end up renting here, but the staff was incredibly easy to work with. I applied for a house, and Laura was very responsive and attentive. She made sure I had everything I need and went above and beyond to ensure a quick and easy application process. While I didn't end up renting here, it wasn't because of the property management. I hope to rent from them in the future and will definitely be recommending One Stop to any of my friends looking to move.

We have always had an individual for a property manager so when our beloved Property manager passed away and we were then directed to a property management company we were very skeptical. We are so grateful we were blessed with this magnificent company. Any maintenance issues that have come up have been addressed immediately. Anytime I communicate with them their response is always very quick and I just have to say that the people that work for them are wonderful. They always listen to what we have to say and we love being a tenant with their company.

They got a quality tentant in fast and were attentive to any cares I had. They were very perfessional. I no longer have to worry about our rentals ever! All I do is enjoy the deposit in our account every month!

I would leave negative stars if possible. I’ve already tried to report to BBB and chamber of commerce. They don’t answer their phone you have to wait for someone to call you back usually a day or two later. Their current leasing agent Laura Marks isn’t very professional. And they discriminate against people with handicaps. They are absolutely disgusting. DO NOT DEAL WITH EVER!!!
