Celtic Property Management

I’ve lived in these apartments for over a year and a half and I’ve been satisfied with them. The up keep is great and the manager Carmen is awesome and very understanding.

This place is a joke. Similar to all the other bad reviews. They can't even communicate to try and sell a property. They cancelled multiple showings we had with them and anytime I called in there was never anyone answering the phone. The few times there were they had to have someone "call back" which she finally did about 3 weeks later when we already had gotten another place. Buyer beware

Celtic Property Management just bought my apartments. Renovations are being done which are A MUST, however, for those of us residing here during this transition should be provided with All The Management's Information. We did not receive anything but supposedly a letter left on door. I was not in town received an email letting me know I was past due. I had to look Celtic's information up online. I was still charged a late fee. We have any/all kinds of different folks running in and out of here. Only have seen one person with a Celtic property management shirt identifying who he was or worked for. Again, the RENOVATION IS MUCH NEEDED, however, during any type of management change/property purchases the tenants have a right to know what is taken place.

Reviews aren't sour grapes. They really are just as bad as everyone says. I wish I hadn't assumed that disgruntled former tenant reviews have to be taken with a pound of salt. They really are as bad as the internet says they are. I wrote a much longer review on Yelp. Be sure to read those too before you rent from them or allow them to manage your property; and remember (if you do): you were warned. The internet warned you, and you did it anyway.

Stoneybrook apartments are trashy. The whole inside is falling apart. Haven't had a working shower for 4 months. Tandy is hardly ever here. They find every little excuse on why they haven't fixed anything. Getting hold of someone higher than her is even more ridiculous because they don't care either. The people who live for 5 years or more, will make up lies and tell on you. Not a good company at all. I've been screwed around way to much from them.
