My wife and I were looking for a place to live while our house was beibg built. The Alpha properties we looked out were horrible. Everything was dirty and damaged. Everytime we would point somthing out the property manager said, "it's rental property maam." If you rent from them know they are very trashy.

I love Alpha Property Management. I'm coming up on 4 years. I was needing to find a nice place that was affordable AND who would take my dogs. They found the right place at the right price.

I emailed them about a property twice and called once to which they never responded. When I finally got a hold of them and was able to make an appointment to see the apartment, they never showed up or called me to tell me if there was an issue. They are extremely unprofessional and never answer their phones or emails. I wouldn’t recommend them at all

Since the moment I first called these guys as an owner they have been nothing but professional and prompt with communications and anything we needed. We were able to get tenants into our house sooner than expected and I couldn't be happier.

My family has been renting a home with Alpha for two years (starting our third). They have always been very prompt at responding to maintenance requests and I have thus far been quite pleased with the agency. Rick has been very polite, professional and pleasant to work with regarding any matter. I would recommend Alpha Property Management for anyone looking to rent a home in the area. If possible I will update this review with our move out experience as well when the time comes. Overall, they seem to be a great agency and do their best to make sure their tenants are taken care of!
