Nitro Real Estate Services LLC

I lived under Nitro for almost two years. Sometimes it was hard to reach people in the office, but considering they deal with lots of different properties and my needs weren't always urgent, they did well. When my roommate went rouge and stopped paying her rent, they worked with me to find a resolution and to keep my home. I renewed my lease happily and probably would again if they had accommodations for what I am now looking for. Mike and Ellen are nice people and easy to talk to. They are only human and we both understood what we needed from each other (I think). Overall, it has been a pretty good experience living under Nitro and I would recommend. Their new and updated online presence makes requesting maintenance and paying rent a breeze. Plus I love their office cat. Just as friendly as the people who work there.

Do not do business with these janky people. coming from a dedicated tenant who has never missed a payment in 3 years. initially i changed the review but they are back at their slum lord tactics again. And before he says there is no record of me being a TENANT this is a SCREEN name lol. nice try though.

The worst ever, don't do it unless your ready for the bullshit, they sold some Properties to Meridian properties, don't do it they are as bad as Nitro and the properties are raggedy, foundation issues, just terrible, and they will not put carpet in them, lol.

Terrible. Never responded to calls or emails or texts and allowed us to live with raccoons in our walls for the entire span of the lease. When he did "fix" something it was always a temporary fix or "jimmy rigged". DO NOT DO IT!!!!!
