They are amazing! The staff is spectacular from Celeste, Shannon, Jason they get the job done! I moved from Fort Worth ,Tx to the Kansas City, MO area and was having trouble getting anyone to answer a phone to call me back from other management teams , by chance I saw one of their houses and talked to Celeste and got everything done in 2 days! These people where extremely welcoming and helpful! And even better when they say they will take care of an issue they do! I’m extremely happy with the care this group takes of their homes and HIGHLY RECOMMEND This management team!!

They barely deserve a star... they are super black and white with there application process. Makes sense why the $80 application fee is non refundable. They put your application through a computer and whatever the computer says, it is the final decision, there is no human factor to it. We own a home, we are selling it, it's not final yet and I took a pay cut to become a public servant and that is why they won't accept the application. What a process this company has...

Here's the deal. Renting in general sucks, and classic is certainly not an exception. I understand things happen and fall through the cracks but it's the horrible disrespectful attitudes I have my biggest complaint about. Cindy and Sue in particular. And to get an idea of maintenance.....we were informed of a foundation crack and leak before moving in last minute (they said it would be fixed within two weeks) well lots of unpleasant conversations and a year and a half later it finally got "done" because the owner got involved because we were purchasing the house from them. We own the house now and our basement bedroom still floods so they didn't do a good job, we are going to have to get it fixed again and it's only been a few months. Also heard a lot of "not my job" from the vendors, which is how things fall through the cracks. We were even double billed(after putting down about 3k in deposits and rent) our first payment and they were incredibly rude about that too. Just overall a pretty awful experience. You've been warned. UPDATE: attempted to return call. I would prefer to not talk to your company all together. The basement was never finished anyway, we had to call to get someone to drop off the trim because we never got it back (they left it uncut in front of the garage and the carpet was never cleaned as promised). Also we spent hundreds of dollars to have a residential engineer come and give us a report of exactly what needed to be done to properly fix the basement, I sent that to Kerrie at your company and that is NOT what was done to fix it. I even still have one of the bitchy voicemails from Cindy from a year ago telling me to stop following up. Or there's the fact our leaking shower was NEVER fixed. And most of the new things in the home weren't properly installed (dishwasher needed to be fixed twice, stove and dishwasher not attached with brackets, bathroom fans hanging loose). I could keep going. But anyway, there are many reasons for the poor review. Also I updated from two stars to one because I felt the voicemail yesterday was very unprofessional. (IF you ARE having some issues with that foundation repair) why would I come here to lie? And why would I want a company that took almost a year and a half to not fix our foundation properly to come back? We bought the house partly because we love it and partly because we never wanted to have to deal with you people or ones like you again.

I've been with Classic Property since 1999! The ladies at classic have a tough job being the middle man between owner n tenant! I feel they do that really well. Im always at ease leaving town knowing classic has an eye on my houses! Thanks ladies!
