For those reading, I'm the owner of rental properties, not a renter. Having read a lot of property management reviews, I realize the majority come from jaded tenants. From my standpoint, I must say the crew at Donna Farrow are a pleasure to work. Easy level of communication, good handyman work, clear explanations of each step, friendly, and overall an enjoyable bunch of people to work and interact with. I would high recommend the Donna Farrow company to manage your rental properties.

If your agent was organized, this wouldn't have been a problem. The fact that she drove an hour and the tenant wouldn't let her inside is not her fault, but yours! She sent me a screenshot of the agreed date to re-view the property. Your agent had then switched the appointment date and called it "a big misunderstanding". The fact that we both took off work to view the property and wasted gas is a joke. I will forever recommend everybody we know to not do business with this company.

Moved out of an apartment that was managed by these people. Still have not recieved my deposit- there was no damage to the apartment and I was a perfect tenant. If there was an emergency (like my a pipe burst in my ceiling multiple times), they would wait over 12 hours to send anyone out. So my floor would be soaked and the ceiling damaged. Also my heat stopped working and they took 2 days to fix it in the dead of winter (it was a basement apartment and dropped to the low 60s). My rent was early 95% of the time and on time the other 5%. They have 30 days to get me the money, they tried to tell me they have 30 business days.... no Missouri law states 30 days. I left the apartment clean with everything intact.... where is my money? there is a reason these people have 2.0 on their feedback. Do not rent from these people.

Brandy Steeby has always been very helpful with the accounting aspective. While dealing with someone that does not have computer skills, myself, she has shown great patience. Explaining how to find statements on the Rent Cafe.

This business is a joke. My girlfriend scheduled an appointment to look at a property. After driving an hour to meet, the agent was unorganized and didn't even have access to the apartment because she failed to notify the current tenant of their appointment. My girlfriend rescheduled the appointment for the following week, in which the agent agreed to allow her first pick. Within 5 days they had already rented the property out to someone else. Dont waste your time. I guess I should have listened to everybody who told me DFC was a joke in the first place and not to waste our time they were clearly not lying
