I absolutely love Kim she is one of the best landlords I have had. She will never know how much she is appreciated. When I call with problems she has them fixed in a timely manner. Wouldn't want to rent from anyone else in Springfield! Thanks Kim for being awesome.

If I could rate '0' it would be too much for this alleged real estate management company. They are comparable to Chris Gatley and 417 rentals. The homes they rent are not kept up they are dilapidated falling apart with ancient Plumbing electrical systems they have zero maintenance and the people that they send for maintenance or uneducated unprofessional and extremely rude Kim and her husband are not just agents but they are owners or part owners in the Deeds for these homes. I moved into the home I rented and had no sewer or heat for almost a week I refuse to clean up the sewage leak in the basement the basement flooded and had standing water it refused to provide any kind of dehumidifier which caused mold throughout the home and cause my entire family to be sick for months. Kitchen cabinets were falling off the walls the sink was leaking the doors were falling off their bike racks you could see through the doors they refused to repair any windows or doors. The air conditioning went out I was not fixed for 2 months during the hottest part of the summer the repairman they sent was not HVAC certified and repaired it insufficiently we had to fight with the landlord Kim to finally send out an actual certified repair man who immediately fix the problem after 2 months. During the flooding the entire front portion of the home begin to tilt forward and crack at the foundation none of the doors would close properly which was also refused to be fixed. The basement is listed as livable space it is dilapidated and rotting with running water constantly and zero ventilation causing mold to build up. I do not recommend this company to anyone beware renters there is a reason they work out of an abandoned office and have no actual physical place of business.

I have rented from Integrity Properties for 2 years and its been a great experience! They are always quick to get back to me when they don't answer right away. Kim is wonderful landlord and has been very helpful to me getting established in Springfield when I relocated here, I would recommend them the only reason, I did not give a 5 star rating is because she is human and nobody is perfect but I would give her and her properties a 4.9 out of 5 star rating! They will work with you every step of the way and will do it right the first time! I have recommended my friends and family to her and I have 2 people that have gone through them already and they love their experience just as much as I do!

Personally told Kim that my roommate and I will immediately provide the security deposit the second our applications were approved. She responded with a voicemail she would send us our co-sign applications later that day. It has been 5 days since that call, that day I called her leaving a message with my email so that she would have no difficulties sending it. We now do not have housing for our summer semester and will not be able to attend our classes. We have called her 4 times since she said she would email us. In one response from her, she sarcastically said "Well i would have sent a co-sign agreement if I had told you so, but I didn't." Anyone reading this review, go to any other company. This sales rep is unprofessional, rude, and lazy. Integrity Real Estate will never have our positive reference to our acquaintances.
