FHS Property Management

I do plumbing service work for FHS. I typically get work orders the day the call comes in and schedule appointments right away. FHS makes repairs quickly and correctly. They’ve never ask me to cut corners or patch something to save money. From everything I’ve seen FHS cares about their tenants and takes care of problems quickly

My experience with the company has been A1. I received fast friendly reliable service Tim. Tim has been so awesome and very patient with me. Everytime I call him, he answers or he will call me right backk to answer my questions.

I have been here for over a year. I was informed multiple times that I was allowed to get a dog. Now that I finally chose one their story changes tells me that I am not allowed ANY animal. As well as the lady I spoke to on some of those occasions apparently she never existed and I even double checked with my husband that we spoke to her. We have always paid our rent on time and never had other issues with them. Though the guy I talked to on the phone was EXTREMELY rude! When handling business I have never been treated so bad! He was yelling at me and would not even let me finish a sentence or a question and was condescending. I asked his "staff" if I could have a dog what their policy on breeds are and gave them my address to ensure I am getting the proper information and they said I could. They told me to not fill out any paperwork until I find a dog that I want. I do that and now I get treated like this. They are terrible to deal with and you never know if you are getting the right information. They need to train their staff better, learn better customer service, and know who is on their team. If I knew before hand I wouldn't have bought the stuff for the dog and get my hopes up. If it is no then it is no but don't tell people differently and let them buy stuff and fall in love with a dog they can't have. I understand you have to be pre-approved but if where I live can't have ANY animals doesn't matter the breed then I should have been told that from the first time I asked. I wasn't even getting an aggressive breed just a pug mix that was 8 yrs old! I am just so upset at the situation and can't believe that I was lied to so much from these guys and I am a tenant that doesn't cause any troubles and pays on time and sometimes early. I am so ready for my husband to get stationed so that we can leave this place! I have lived in quite a few places and NEVER had something like this happen. I am giving a one star because of the way I was treated over the phone. Learn some PROFESSIONALISM.
