TD Management is a good leasing agency with a variety of houses, apartments, and other spaces for rent. The office manager, Melinda, is great! Pretty fast turn around time on the maintenence requests. Better than many of those mega leasing agencies we see in the Springfield area. I still can't believe how affordable my rent is!

They require you to fill out a full application for every person that will be in the household and require a picture of your drivers licenses before they will even allow you to view the inside of the house. Kind of silly if you ask me.

DO NOT RENT HERE! Long story short...Black Mold, Broken Toilets, Missing Kicthen Drawers and atleaat 2 weeks to get anything taken care of....then they take your deposit money without explanation and refuse to even call back or talk in person to answer questions. Do yourself a favor and move along.

Rent is super cheap and the staff is very friendly. Always there to help you out if times may get rough cause everybody can have rough times. Maintence is little slow but melinda and shawna in office always call to check up any time a request is made. Never have any trouble getting ahold of them. And forgive me as i forgot his name but the gentlman that works in office is also very friendly too
