Dream Fit Personal Training

I've returned to exercising with Donna after being away for a few years so that I might introduce my son to the benefits of a skilled personal trainer. Donna's positive attitude is motivating and she makes the sessions both fun and demanding. Even though my son has moved on to exercise at college with his friends I decided to continue myself since I enjoy it and have seen improvements in my strength and stamina as a result. Thanks Donna!!

I have been training with Donna for a few years. It has changed my exercise habits-from hating everything about exercise to enjoying my workout sessions! It has made changes in my body shape, my mindset and my health. I like the private and personal attention and environment~ Thanks Donna!

DreamFit is much more than a gym. It is a great location to develop your mind and your body. You are able to train on your own or if you need a group environment, that is available as well. My experience has been with both personal trainers as well as group training. Both experiences have left me with a great feeling about the organization, it’s trainers and the people who are members. Whatever you choose to achieve, whether it is bodybuilding, rowing, marathons, triathlons, bettering your golf game, your volleyball game or just general fitness, DreamFit has a plan for you and will fit your needs. To wake up at 5:30 AM and workout knowing that you have someone to push you is a great feeling. We all know how 5:30 AM workouts can normally go.
