Dunes Manor Suites Ocean City, Maryland. ..Spring Break March 2018...Awesome.....its a little chilly but, who cares, I'm from NY.   Beautiful view from room.  Walked out back door from our suite and the beach was right there.  My daughter and I went beach combing for shells.  I would definitely recommend this Hotel and its a definite do again!!  Staff were very pleasant,  room very clean, had a small kitchenette,  2 queen beds were very comfy!!  Perfect!!!

We love this place! We've been coming for 3 years.  Wonderful staff and in the perfect spot, feet from the beginning of the boardwalk. Always clean, also!

This is a quaint, clean, updated hotel situated super close to the beach. The pool is maintained very well. Very reasonably priced, even in the peak season. A sister property to the Dunes Manor makes it nice to enjoy the amenities they have to offer.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Steps to upper rooms are spaced higher from step to step, but not too bad.  Bathrooms are exceptionally clean, shower heads could be updated. Sad for those that smoke, since the whole property is smoke free. All in all, very good place to stay.
