Bad hotel....Book this hotel back in April for memorial day weekend for me and my girlfriend for 2 nights...they took half of my money 5 days before my trip (which was weird didnt think anything of it) when they werent suppose to get it until 3 days before our arrival then cancelled our reservation the day before our arrival with no email nor a phone call to tell me that THEY cancelled our room...the lady at the desk could not tell me why its been cancel(again weird) not even a email saying i have been refunded for the money they took...but then tried to get me to pay another $620 just to stay plus $379 for a cancellation fee even though they took my money...so that's almost $1000 they try to get from me...still havent gotten my refund back...worst hotel experience..(DO NOT GO HERE THESE ARE FRUADS/SCAMMERS)

The staff is friendly,very accommodating. I just want to give a shout out to Kimberly who had to deal with a real nasty guest here. He was extremely disruptive in the lobby,and Kimberly handled the situation very well and professionally as she escorted him out of the building. They right out the gate upgraded our rooms to suites, wanting to keep us coming back. This was the 1st night of check in before the madness the next morning. Hotels can't control the trash that walks in until it happens. But such occurrences will not stop me from coming back here. The rooms are nice, the staff more importantly was fantastic and even the complimentary breakfast was a bonus! Merry Christmas Microtel staff!

Very new hotel. Pro's, it's new. Friendly staff, comfortable, reasonably priced. Con's, first floor rooms have 12 ft ceilings, yes feels grand but not when coupled with a heating system that shuts off when the room is not occupied, you come back after a day working in the cold and the room is 60 degrees and will not warm up for 3 hours. Higher floors do not have this issue. Also the breakfast is all carbs,. No protein.

Amazing hotel!! Very clean, I have never seen people clean the lobby so many times in one day! The staff were very helpful and hardworking! The rooms were new and stylish. I really liked the pool. It was small but great for my kids. There was a big sun shelf in the pool perfect for them!
