We have stayed here three times now, on separate occasions, different rooms.
The staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. Have absolutely nothing but compliments for the management as everyone is kind and understanding.
This place is not meant to be a luxury hotel, it is a microtel. Therefore it does lack certain amenities. There isn't a pool or sauna or anything resort like. But we come to town often to see family and the location is very convenientto many places such as ocean City, downtown Salisbury, Salisbury university, the mall up north etc. As it is right off route 50 and 13 bypass.
We did have one room in which the sheets had not been changed , the bed was just remade. When we alerted the front desk, they promptly moved us to another room and remedied the problem.
All in all it has been a family friendly, affordable hotel that we prefer to stay in when we come to town.

I did find the room to be clean, and overall up to par. They offered free breakfast and satisfactory internet. The room was basically an efficiency which included a "living room" area with a couch that pulled out into a full bed, a desk, an closet, a safe, and a window bench that could potentially serve as an additional, albeit uncomfortable, bed. The "dining" area was a table with two chairs, and kitchenette with a mini fridge, a sink, a counter top, microwave, and several cabinets for storing food, dishes, etc. The only issue wit the room was they put the tv on top of the armoire (clothing wardrobe) and it was not sturdy and as a matter of fact it nearly fell off! Also, I did have a problem where 3 times our keycard was seemingly deactivated and would not work. Each time we went to the front desk to inform the staff, they would just immediately reswipe (reactivate?) the card; which indicated that they knew what was wrong with it and how to remedy the problem. Swiping the card effectively rendered the card functional once again. My family and I participated in a consumer targeted study that attempts to see how businesses react to "difficult" customers. I was supposed to frequent businesses as I normally would, once as a "model-customer," and then revisit the same location as an "obnoxious customer;" making sure to behave quite poorly, but never insultingly poor. Afterwards, I was to report how I was treated in each instance. While i admit, being an obnoxious guest was difficult and embarassing, it was interesting to see the different reactions I got from businesses. This review is my review and not in any way affiliated with the aforementioned study. I am giving this review because while I was unruly for sure, this is the ONLY business that was rude to me. The worst part is that they were rude on both my model customer visit and even more so during my visit as an obnoxious guest. As a bartender for many years, i have dealt with many guests who were not only rude, but also insulting and downright abusive. As professionals in the hospitality industry we are responsible for always being the bigger person in those scenarios and not engaging. I have never once been rude to a customer despite many times it would have been fair for me to react that way. This establishment should consider training their employees to do the same.
