Star one- customer service, extra towels and rags. 

Star two- we wanted to switch rooms on day two with no hassles & I left property in room one they knew it belonged to me, came check out they gave me my merchandise with no problem. 

Star three- very covenant, restaurants within a 4 mile radius. 24-hours fast foods in area. Walmart 5 miles away.

REASON FOR MISSING TWO STARS:
1. They offer kayak and boat rides. The equipment wasn’t out. So I didn’t want to pressure them into pulling them out. 

2. They pool was not clean to even have your feet in it.

Very clean. Peaceful. Very nice owners/staff. Close to fishing, crabbing, bait, shopping. Home away from home. Will definitely stay there again.

Nice place. Clean, smallish. Good for the price. Right near the water. Comfy beds. Can't complain. They're was a pool & some place for renting paddle boats maybe surfboards that i don't know if was open but looked cool. Would consider booking again.

Beds were very comfortable except for the blankets, they were kind of rough. Also the floor was very sandy, as if no one sweeped or vacuumed. Otherwise, the experience was great. The pool was nice and clean. It's a very quiet and reserved place, which is only a few minutes away for the beach. I would recommend it.

First off, we went down for my birthday weekend with our 4 month old. Just checked out yesterday. We picked this place because the reviews seemed good. They did move our room to a first level room so we didn't have to do stairs with the baby, so that was nice to accomodate the baby. 

When we first walked into our room, it smelled of mildew/mold. It was overpowering without the a/c running.

We got woken  up to the neighbors having sex at 4am because the walls were paper thin. Sounded like the upstairs people were going to fall right threw the ceiling. 

Another thing, I decided to take my 4 month old into the swimming pool since there was nobody in when we arrived. We walked over and there was college boys with a huge cooler of beer just having a great time. I didn't feel comfortable having her in so I dipped her feet in and we left the pool area. 

Every time we passed the neighbors room, it reeked of marijuana. Mind you, I'm carrying my baby passed their door to get to my room. 

Then when we were cleaning up to checkout, I tied the garbage bags so the cleaners didn't have to smell my babies dirty diapers. The bathroom  had a used condom in the bottom of the trash can. GAG. 

SO I guess what I'm saying is, I expected a little more with the reviews and $177/night. Next time, we will pay the $400/night for a better quality room.
