This is our annual choice when we attend the Ward Foundation World Carving Championship. It is a no frills motel that has a friendly staff and clean rooms at a reasonable price. We stay in the efficiency which has lots of room and a usable kitchen.

Room wasn't bad for the price. Blood was in the tub, shoulda been scrubbed. Indoor pool was nice, and well maintained. Same with outdoor pool.

LETS BE CLEAR THAT THE ONLY REASON IM GIVING THIS PLACE FIVE STARS IS BECAUSE OF IRVEENE WHO WAS THE LADY @ THE FRONT DESK SHE IS KIND AND GAVE US ALL THE HELPFUL INFO WE NEEDED TO GET AROUND, WHERE TO EAT, ETC. , & GENNIE THE CLEANING LADY. THEY MADE MY STAY VERY PLEASANT. IF YOUR GONNA STAY AT THIS MOTEL MAKE SURE YOU REQUEST TO BE ON GENNIES FLOOR. SHES THE BEST!

Very dated and run down. Room was clean. Toilet did not work. Had to call a maintenance man. It worked for a few flushes and then blocked it's own again. Did not even bother to call again and left early morning.

Love this hotel. People are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. I love staying in the retro part of the hotel. I stay here everytime I go to Ocean City. I really enjoy talking to the night time desk person I think his name is John when I do down for coffee in the morning
