That is not true. I'm a volunteer at the SPCA and Rodger has several of his own dogs that he takes good care of. There are also various different dogs , cats and even a puppy there. We walk the dogs, play with them, give them treats, nice baths , Even socialization time! The animals are very playful and any dog that may have an aggression with food or something has a sign on there kennel & you just ask so you know what to be careful with. Rodger is a good man & his wife is a good woman. If you wanna adopt this is the place to go !
